In your private outdoor area you will find a garden with lighting and an outdoor shower as well as a furnished covered terrace. Your terrace invites you to enjoy a delicious breakfast outside while you overlook the highlight of the accommodation - the enchanting garden. In approximately 5 minutes walking you will reach a restaurant, a bar and a disco, and a further selection of restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached on foot in approximately 10 minutes. The nearest supermarket is located a 10-minute walk away (700 m). Spiaggia La Pelosa beach is also located in the immediate vicinity and be can reached via a flight of stairs in 5 minutes walking and Spiaggia dei Gabbiani beach is a 10-minute walk from the house (800 m). On the nearby beaches you can find a surf school as well as restaurants, bars and other beach facilities. Furthermore, the market, a newsstand and a tobacconist are approximately a 4-minute walk from the house (approx. 300 m).
