Beautiful semi-detached house in a holiday estate 100 metres from the beach, in a 500,000 m² natural park, about 5 km from the historic centre of Grado and close to the archaeological sites of Aquileia located 5 km away. The accommodation has a private indoor area with garden furniture and a barbecue for pleasant outdoor activities. Thanks to the complex's service, the setting is ideal for families with children: you will have two playgrounds, an entertainment area from July to August, two swimming pools (25x25 m and 12.5x25 m), a volleyball and tennis court, a mini football pitch, a miniature golf course, a table tennis table, a toboggan and jogging paths. A pizzeria restaurant, a snack bar, a supermarket, a laundry, a car wash and a mooring dock belong to the complex. Your four-legged friends are welcome. A large dog park of 5,000 m² and a beach dog are at your disposal. In addition to many activities that you can undertake in the complex, you can also relax at the beach or rent a canoe, pedal boat, or organize bike tours in the area. Art lovers can visit Venice, one of the largest art cities in the world, 130 km away. You will have to take a trip to the city of Trieste, 65 km away, a beautiful city with a view of the Gulf, still known as "petite vienne au bord de la mer". Three UNESCO cities await you in the area: Aquileia, the famous port of the Roman Empire with archaeological sites, the National Archaeological Museum, the Cathedral with magnificent mosaics; Palmanova (25 km) with its star-shaped fortress and the medieval city Cividale del Friuli (50 km) with its famous cathedral and several buildings from the Lombard period. The city of San Danielle del Friuli, on the hill above Udine, 65 km away, offers a beautiful cathedral and the historic and renowned Guarneriana library with its collection of ancient texts.
