The houses are totally immersed in the countryside of Alto Lazio which allows you to enjoy the tranquility and nature, far from any form of pollution. It is a fabulous compromise for all those who want to visit the beauties of Rome, the neighboring medieval cities and the imposing vestiges of Etruscan culture in comfort (necropolis, museums, amphitheater, mithraeum, etc.).
The two structures are called "La Residenziale" and "L'Agricolo". They each have an independent entrance, private parking, and are also completely autonomous. They face each other and are not adjoining, so that each family has its intimacy.
They are located on a property that covers around 7 ha fully fenced, of which 2.5 ha can be used by customers.
The estate consists of a wooded area, an area for animals, fruit trees, olive trees, meadows, fragrant roses, a playground, a swimming pool and a bowling green.

2."L'Agricolo " is a villa on 1 level of 180m ² which It consists also of 3 bedrooms.
The master suite has its private bathroom , while the other two bedrooms share another bathroom in the hallway.
Both houses has an equipped kitchen, a barbecue and a terrace.
The 9x5m private swimming pool (depth: min. 120 max. 180) is located 100 m away. from "La Residenziale “ and is bounded by a paved area surrounded by lawn with umbrellas and lounge chairs. It has a chlorine purification system and a solar shower.
It is open from 1st June to 30th September.
At the end of the day, when the temperatures have dropped, we recommend a short walk to visit our animals that are on the other end of the property.
