Vistamare is a splendid apartment overlooking the sea. It is located in Castglioncello, a well-known town on the Tuscan coast south of Livorno, famous for its splendid sea and its rocks coast
The apartment, recently renovated, has a unique position: it overlooks the sea, which can be accessed directly from the property
There is also a small pool and a terrace with a priceless "sea view".
The property includes a parking space in the private car park (column for electric charging starting from summer 2023)
From the parking lot of the property, a staircase leads to the entrance of the house which leads to the living area with double sofa bed, TV corner, dining area. On the right, there is a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer) with a window overlooking the sea. The living area leads to the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms (one with a French window overlooking the sea that leads to the garden and the other with a large window overlooking the sea) and two bathrooms (one of which is en-suite) both with window and shower.
In front of the entrance there is also a first terrace overlooking the sea with umbrella, table and chairs which leads to the terrace below used as a solarium with umbrella, sunbeds, deck chairs, small swimming pool, shower and access to the sea.
The house is equipped with wi-fi, air conditioning and heating with heat pumps in all rooms and a washing machine.
Security deposit to be paid locally upon arrival of 200 euros
The price includes: bed linen, towels, beach towels, initial and final cleaning, wi-fi connection.
The price does not include: electricity according to consumption (0.45 euros per Kw / H) and tourist tax
On request: extra cleaning, extra linen change, shopping service, cook, babysitter, massages.
Upon arrival a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the municipality that hosts you.
