Casa Limoneto (130 m2) is part of a renovated farmhouse surrounded by a large fenced green area; the building is divided into two separate entrances, thus ensuring separate and comfortable conviviality spaces for all guests.
The large outdoor space is beautifully landscaped, boasting porches and two gazebos, a shared swimming pool area with an external shower, sun beds, deckchairs and small tables and chairs. The garden is dotted with olive and citrus trees and lush Mediterranean plants, with hammocks slung between the trees, swings for the children and tables and chairs. The highlight is the large wooden gazebo with a long table with bench seating where you can enjoy meals – including pizza straight from the wood-burning oven – prepared by the owners who live in a separate part of the complex. The pool (9 x 5 m) and all outdoor areas are shared with the owners.
The internal spaces of the holiday home are equally attractive. The ground floor of the first part of the house features a dining room with TV, a table for 8, kettle, toaster, pod coffee machine and air conditioning and heating. The kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge freezer, 5-ring hob, oven, Moka coffee pot, microwave and other small appliances.
The 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are spacious and tastefully furnished, spread across the two floors.
The second part of the house has two floors: on the ground floor there is a small kitchen, on the upper floor there are two double bedrooms with ensuite elegant bathrooms.
