We are halfway up the hill, in the Mediterranean scrub overlooking the sea, Stromboli, the Aeolian Islands and Tropea: breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets over the volcano! Just below the house, two minutes by car, there is the Zambrone railway station, from where the regional trains leave where you can visit the entire Costa degli Dei and reach other locations, including the Lamezia Terme airport in 40 minutes. Zambrone beach is five minutes from home, with equipped beaches and free beach. It is of fine white sand, especially suitable for children. You can easily park near the beach and get to the sea comfortably. There are also some beautiful and lost rocky coves, hidden among the rocks, like the diver's paradise, which is accessed by an old path, behind the station. Also under the house, on the state road in front of the station, there are grocery stores, bars and tobacconists, super markets, fish shop, butcher shop, takeaway takeaway, fruit shop, hairdresser / beautician and a pharmacy. Nearby we have several restaurants and pizzerias, also on the beautiful promenade of Zambrone, where there are several kiosks. For shopping and nightlife and social life, nothing better than Tropea, 10 minutes away.
