Positive: Nice courtyard with lots of outdoor seating and beautiful flowers. Short walk to downtown beaches and restaurants. Renting a zodiac (gommone) is a must to enjoy the entire coast (no road access to many beaches) and was well worth the experience. Roberto Lampu usually gives a 10% off for residents of Appartamento Pini.
