At 8 kilometers from Lago Trasimeno, on the border between Tuscany and Umbria and with nearby historic towns such as Montepulciano, Siena, Cortona, Asissi, Perugia, Castiglione del Lago, we offer a special holiday villa / family house for 6-8 in a unique location people: plenty of privacy, a large private swimming pool (5 x 15 m), tranquility and a beautiful panoramic view. In the garden you choose your own place to enjoy your vacation. You choose for sun, swimming pool, shade, view, collina or covered. You can pick all the best in terms of fruit from the garden that is present at that moment yourself. There are more than enough garden chairs to enjoy your own lovely spot in the garden.
The holiday villa is on the edge of a small village; restaurants and daily shopping 2 km away. The property has 2 livings, 1 dining room, 2 kitchens, 3 very spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. a portico and a balcony, the fenced garden of 4000 m2 you will find the large swimming pool and numerous fruit trees, garden furniture and cool shady spots. Of course also plenty of own parking places. If you want some privacy within the ground floor, the 2nd living room with 2 TV and all other facilities is a wonderful place to rest. There is also the 3rd bedroom. Suppose you come with a couple with your children and parents, everyone can find a place to rest both inside and outside.
You will be welcomed by our Dutch hostess Priscilla (living in the neighborhood, she also speaks Italian well and knows a lot). Our Enrico takes care of the garden and the swimming pool.
