Positive: Very peaceful and a beautiful clean villa that all looks quite newly done. Spacious rooms, excellent air conditioning and lovely little pool.

Negative: Could have done with more than one pillow each, when paying €100 for bedding on top of price. The extra little hidden costs, paying for electricity and gas, towels and bedding and final clean of apartment. One evening when cooking dinner the power went off, obviously tripped when we went to the meter it was on. Through whatsapp they asking same questions and had to wait until the following morning for the electrician to come out. Not great having no lights, no ac etc. The electrician figured out that the mains units had been labeled wrong! The next thing was the bin situation, bins are collected every day and you have to make sure that you wash everything out and put it in the relevant box. This is fine but not really made clean to us on arrival, even with the welcome booklet online. All the colours on the boxes and days of collections was incorrect. I think the company looking after it possibly need more communication or better to make it very easy for non Italian speaking guests or those who haven't before visited the country.
