Positive: The location is perfect. There's the elevator. The staff are friendly. The hotel is clean.. The space in the room is right.

Negative: The air-condition is centrally controlled. Hence we could not alter the temperature and the mode. The room was hot and the air-conditioning was 24°C heat mode. The dcor of the room is bare but ok. The sound proofing is inexistant. So you either wake up at 7am like the other guests or earlier. I could hear a loud humming coming from other rooms. Not sure if it's a water pump or the extractor but the noise was loud and wouldn't let me sleep. For a 4 star hotel, which is pricey compared to others. I expected something more.
