The living room overlooks the covered porch equipped with a table and chairs perfect for outdoor meals, and a fully fenced private garden. The ground floor of the villetta is completed with a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, TV and closet. The second is equipped with a queen-size bed and closet. Both enjoy views of the property's private garden.
