Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Of course location could not be more central, I would add, yet very quiet (except church bells). Between Post and Bergbahnen bus stops (we had no car for 8 days, no need!) Apt is walk up + lift, yet small building/few tenants, a rare combination. Drinking water fountain in front of the house welcomes, great balcony overlooking garden. Different from many houses not looking directly onto neighbour. Huge living room, comfy sofa that can serve also as bed, two good bedrooms, altogether very spacious flat. Kitchen smallish but fully equipped, open to living and fully equipped for all but big cooking. Everything spotless clean, fully functioning, nothing scratched, broken or otherwise taped over, very Swiss, yes, but worth extra mention given other places we stayed before. Put suitcase down, feel at home.

Negative: Nothing worth mentioning except building site opposite but given Swiss strict bylaws, the site operates only weekdays, at civilised hours and with superbly muffled equipment so no disturbance at all. Estimate the site to last till end 2025 as they just broke the house (jul24) and even that was no problem.

Summary: Everything you need within 500m, no car needed for greater area Flims/Laax. Super comfortable. BIG!
