Summary: We arrived at the property at 7pm to find reception was closed, despite both the email and the notice on the front door saying it was open til 8pm. A note was left asking us to visit reception from 9am the next day, disrupting our morning plans. Check in the next morning went okay and the staff member was hospitable, informing us the pool was open til 7pm. We came back to reception at 6pm to request towels and was told by a different member of staff it was closed for maintenance and would not be open again. The next morning the member of staff at reception did say the pool could be opened 'in an hour'. Overall the service seemed very uncoordinated and the property was very dated, however it was clean and fairly quiet.
