This beautiful one-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a brand-new building also offers a fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as a toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, microwave, etc and a bar counter with four stools where you can enjoy your meals.
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, complete with sanitary fixtures, sink, and shower. You'll also find a welcome kit (shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, and a cosmetic set), various sizes of towels, and a convenient washing machine.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a completely renovated building (renovation completed in April 2024). It is accessible only by the building’s stairs (no elevator).

Accessing the apartment requires going up a flight of stairs (no elevator!).
