Positive: We recently spent several days at this beautiful two-bedroom loft in Como and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is absolutely ideal—just a short walk to the San Giovanni railway station, the pier, and the charming historical quarter, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot. The loft itself is spacious, bright, and wonderfully calming, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. We especially loved the impressive 15-meter long kitchen island, and dining table which was a great spot for meals and gathering. The beds, pillows, and linens were all high quality, ensuring restful nights, and the hot water and water pressure were consistently excellent. The sound system added a nice touch for relaxing evenings in. The rental agency is kind professional and answer you spot on

Negative: There are a couple of areas that could be improved by order of importance: 1- The electrical switches are super confusing to use unless you are an electrician engineer , and the WiFi was sometimes slow and unreliable. 2- Most notably, there’s a significant electrical issue: if the kettle and a hairdryer are used at the same time, the power shuts off completely, leaving the apartment pitch dark and requiring a trip downstairs to reset the breakers. This trigger the alarm systems which requires you to enter passcode and so on ….. This was annoying and happened twice during our stay
