Positive: The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to our every need. The entire staff went above and beyond every one of our expectations in all categories. I can't say enough about how impressed we were with this hotel and it's entire staff. I would say that it's the best experience I have ever had from a customer service standpoint and I have stayed at some top notch hotels and resorts. They take great care and pride in their hotel and in ensuring that every guest has an amazing stay!
