Positive: The location was clean, and we appreciated that.

Negative: Before we arrived at the location, a lady called us and asked about the approximate time of our arrival, telling me that the owner would be waiting for us there. Since I didn’t know the exact time, I asked her to give him my number so that he wouldn’t wait unnecessarily and so we wouldn’t be late. If it had happened that the owner met us, it would have saved us a lot of confusion regarding the way the place is promoted, and we wouldn’t have wasted time searching for what we saw in the photos, especially since we were traveling with two children. What I didn’t like was the fact that in the photos the location seems to be close to the lake, but in reality, to reach the lake and the pier they promote on Booking, it doesn’t take “one minute” as they claim, but approximately 12 minutes. I called them twice to ask for exact details about the pier shown in the photos they use for promotion, and they told us it was one minute away. At first, I thought it was inside a private yard, which is why on the first day we couldn’t find it. They then directed us to another address where they said we could enter. There, we found an abandoned hotel and had to cross a metal bridge and climb many stairs to finally get to the lake — which is actually about a 20-minute walk from the accommodation. Therefore, the communication they provided was not sufficient, and for us, a family with two children, it would have helped a lot if they had been clearer.
