Positive: Clean. Convenient location. Easy check-in process.

Negative: Would have liked to be able to use the kitchen area to at least boil water for pasta or something. REALLY wish the communal area was air conditioned. My room had okay AC and good wifi. My kids' room had better AC but almost no wifi signal. It would have been nice to be able to sit comfortably together in the common room.
