Positive: The apartment is wonderful: very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen well equipped, lots of space, good air-conditioning units in every room. The closest beach is 8 minutes walking distance.

Negative: The apartment is quite far from the city. We rented a car, so it was not a problem for us.
