Positive: Marco and Sandra were lovely. There was even a beer and a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived. We arrived quite late due to getting the ferry over and they were very accommodating. The apartment was spotlessly clean and a garage out of the sun was good. I had a problem with the car and they helped by calling the garage to make sure I wasn’t ripped off.

Negative: The company we booked through were a pain to deal with. Firstly, unlike most places on booking.com you have to pay additional for linen, towels and AC. It’s right at the bottom of the page in the description. Then they keep sending emailing telling you to check details of previous emails, so you go back and it’s the same information, these are very automated and unhelpful, they couldnt even get the address right. Only issue with the apartment is the power. If the AC is on, a bunch of things (kettle, cooker, shower) trips the electricity. They showed us how to sort it ourselves, which was useful when we put the kettle on at midnight and the power went!

Summary: Great place, lovely hosts, booking company are annoying
