On this floor, you will also find a guest bathroom and a fully equipped semiprofessional kitchen, complete with a convenient central countertop and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals.
Going up the central staircase, you will reach the first floor, where there are three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and air conditioning.
The rooms overlook the enchanting hills that surrounds the structure, offering breathtaking views of the Nevola and Misa valleys, with the majestic Apennine Mountains on the background.
The bedrooms are arranged as follows:
