Positive: The location was very good near to everything. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. A very good breakfast with lots of choices both savoury and sweet. There was a kettle and cups in the room and some tea bags and coffee sachets. Extra pillows and duvet provided as the weather was cold.

Negative: Extremely hard mattress couldnt sleep on it. Hit and miss with toilet roll being provided but a vast supply of towels every day. Sliding door going into toilet got stuck every time and didnt close properly or closed and couldnt open it from inside.
