The Golfo apartment is a wonderful apartment, located in an ancient historical building, skillfully renovated a few steps from the lakeside of Maderno, where you can access the beaches, both free and for a fee and ferry service, which lead to all the localities of Lake Garda.

A short walk from the house, you can find bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and all the necessities. Those who choose our accommodation have the opportunity to completely forget about the car, facilitating walking or taking advantage of our bike and e-bike rental service.

The apartment accessible from the ground floor at street level, is as follows: living room with sofa and flat screen TV, well equipped kitchen and dining area, one bathroom with shower and two double bedroom. All defined with appropriate finishes that enhance the environments furnished with Italian design. In addition, the apartment has parking inside the property.

The charming apartment is ideal for families with children, but also for those who want to enjoy the charm of our lake in complete relaxation. The accommodation is available both in summer and in winter, being equipped with independent heating.

The apartment will be sanitized and hygienically clean with alcohol and chlorine products as arranged by the DPCM, respecting the anti-COVID guidelines and protocols dictated by the state. In addition, every new arrival, will be carried out a CERTIFIED SANITIZATION with an ozone generator which inactivates the virus and basins to 99.9%. It naturally deodorizes and sanitizes all the rooms, surfaces, objects and fabrics present in the house.

Maderno lies on a large promontory enclosed between the romantic port of Toscolano and the suggestive gulf of Maderno. The area has a very special microclimate, comparable to the Mediterranean climate. The municipality of Toscolano-Maderno is located on the Brescia shore of Lake Garda, 40 km from Brescia city. Toscolano and Maderno are two distinct centers: Maderno was mainly a tourist area. Toscolano instead has an industrial origin thanks to the paper mills that at the time printed money until 1948. Now there is just one paper mills left and an interesting museum located inside the village, in a valley between waterfalls and woods. The VALLEY OF CARTIERE so called, can be reached on foot or on horseback from different countries with different routes. The two centers are ideally divided by the Toscolano stream. It seems that Toscolano has Etruscan origins and Maderno has Roman origins. In 1928 the two villages were united in one municipality. To witness the importance of Toscolano-Maderno, that once was the capital of the Riviera del Garda, we find the Church of Toscolano of Saints Peter and Paul, the ancient sanctuary of Our Lady of Benaco, the Basilica of Sant'Andrea a maderno and other palaces and monuments. After the war the hotel industry has developed considerably and is now the main economic activity. The area of toscolano-maderno is particularly suitable for those who love long walks and mountain-bike trails.

By car from Milan / Venice (A4) (A35): exit Brescia Est. Follow the signs SS45 bis Gardesana Occidentale in the direction of Riva del Garda- Salò. Continue along the state road until you reach Toscolano maderno.
By car From Motorway A35 Brebemi: at the exit of the highway A35 Brebemi continue towards Brescia, then taking the southern ring road of the city, direction Brescia. Follow the signs to Lake Garda and went up until you take the state road SS45 bis gardesana Occidentale direction went up and Riva del Garda till Toscolano Maderno.
