From the moment you approach 'Casale Fonte Antica', you will be welcomed by an impressive tree-lined driveway and entrance with 270 degree view of the Adriatic sea and surrounding hills. You will feel the stress melt away!
As the house is set in the first hills, in the summer you will enjoy a beautiful breeze around and inside the house.
Situated on a Vineyard and Olive Grove with lush gardens and a lot of space, the property is perfect for a family, group of friends or 2 -3 families to enjoy.
The two main features of the house are an outdoor dining area with a Pizza Oven, set under grape vines and
a viewing gallery room with breathtaking views. This glass surrounded room is a perfect spot to have breakfast, watch the sunrise or do some morning yoga (with yoga mat included)!
The house includes 4 spacious double bedrooms all with built in wardrobes and set across two open floors. There is also room for additional beds for those that would like to come with a big group.
The main bedroom has its own on-suite bathroom which is equipped with a jacuzzi and massage shower. There are also 2 additional bathrooms, a large kitchen, 2 living rooms and 3 indoor dining areas.
For those visiting us in the winter months, the house includes 2 wood fireplaces.
Facilities include a washing machine and dryer and many other amenities. There is also a large trampoline for your children to enjoy! There are many spots for parking and even an indoor parking space with possibility to charge your electric car.
Only 3km to the center of Pineto, Cerrano Tower and the local 'Blue Flag' beaches. Local quality and rural restaurants are also within a 10min drive. We can also highly recommend the best gelateria in Abruzzo!
