Positive: Our stay was overall comfortable and pleasant. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. The hotel also has a nice atmosphere and a convenient location, making it easy to access the surrounding area and facilities.

Negative: The main downside was the value for money, which didn’t feel very competitive compared to other options in the region. There are nearby hotels with higher star ratings, nicer rooms, and a more premium overall feel available at similar or sometimes better price points.
