On the first floor there is the kitchen-living room with fireplace and two adjoining living rooms, also with fireplace/barbecue and sofa corner, and a bathroom. On the 1st floor, which can also be reached by an outside staircase with a small loggia, there is another fireplace room, three bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed and a large bathroom. From everywhere you have a beautiful view of the wooded hills and the Tiber Valley. On the property there is plenty of run and for refreshment a pool and a covered terrace with barbecue.
Places to visit, also for hiking enthusiasts: The medieval Monterchi with various trattorias and the famous fresco of the pregnant Madonna by Piero della Francesca (6 km), the picturesque hill towns of Anghiari and Citerna, each about 10 km; Sansepolcro with Pinacoteca, many nice stores, good restaurants, large weekly market 15 km; Arezzo with its worth seeing old town, the Piazza Grande and the frescoes by Piero della Francesca in the church of San Francesco (20 km). In addition, on the first Sunday of every month, a picturesque antique market is held in the traditional town of Arezzo. Expressway Arezzo-Sansepolcro at 300 meters (as the crow flies);
