Myrtle, lentisk, rosemary, sage, holm oaks, laurel, strawberry trees, carob trees inundates the large garden with old and fascinating smells in any month of the year. the pond is rich in spontaneous species, with prevalence of water lilies, papyrus. under the large secular pine there is the area, equipped with barbecue and picnic tables and deckchairs, and adjacent to the relaxation area and solarium with swimming pool and deck chairs.
the MESSAPICA house is a three-room apartment on the ground floor, of 75 square meters (5 beds) which takes its name from the discovery, during the renovations, of the foundations of a messapic house. The first room, very large, is the living room with kitchenette and where an ancient chamber oven has been recovered and restored. In the living room there is a single bed which also serves as a sofa and is made with the recovery of an ancient 700 headboard. The bedrooms have been obtained from ancient deposits, and preserve the ancient coolness of the past. in the house there is the air conditioner and a ducted pellet stove.
