This modern apartment is located in a stately building surrounded by greenery in Savosa, a hillside hamlet of Lugano just a 15-minute drive from downtown.
Elegant marble and shades of white are the main motif of the house and contribute to the brightness of the rooms, which are already flooded with sunshine from the many windows overlooking the surrounding nature. The large open-plan living room consists of the dining area, with a table for 4 with comfortable armchair chairs for enjoying lunches and dinners in company, which can also be used as a workstation; next to it the large and comfortable sofa is perfect for relaxing while reading a book or watching a movie, and becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa.).
The kitchen, open to the living room, is modern and complete with appliances and everything you need to prepare and serve meals, just like at home. From here there is access to the balcony, where you can sit outdoors and enjoy the mild Ticino climate, sipping an aperitif with a view of the city from above. There are 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed, with a private bathroom with shower; a bedroom with a single bed and a second single pull-out bed, with a bridge closet and a desk for work or study; and a third small bedroom with a crib for babies aged 0 to 2 years. Concluding the apartment is a second bathroom with a large shower and a beautiful tub where you can enjoy moments of relaxation after a day of sightseeing or business meetings.
