This is a historically significant property from the 17th century that has been completely and lovingly renovated. The Building itself is made of all natural Materials, the exterior walls made of ancient stonework, The Inner spaces warmed by wooden roof and floors.
A hand carved wooden fireplace, comfortable and eclectic furnishings, original artwork all add to the spacious but cozy atmosphere.
The kitchen is newly renovated and is complete with anything you need to make everything from a snack to a full gourmet meal.
Enjoy dining also outdoor on one of the beautiful terraces with stunning views.
The 4 bedrooms offer different sleeping options and linens are provided. There is a 5th room that can be arranged if asked in advance. and in very exceptional cases. A perfect solution for families or groups or for those wanting extra space and privacy
There are 3 bathrooms 2 of them clean and modern offering both shower and tub. The 3rd is usually used as laundry and only if asked in advance we can transform the laundry room in a single room with en suite bathroom. Please note that in this case the washing machine will anyway remain there and the shower will be arranged with plastic courtain. We usually arrange this room in case of a request for an extra guest, to get up to 9 guests. If not, it stays as laudry/service room.

Golf,horseback-riding and shopping are all possible in the neighborhood. The nearest Castle of Crecchio is easy to reach and visit. Remarkable bourghs are Lanciano and Guardiagrele, both very close, and the city of Ortona with the national winery and the Castles over the ocean. Arielli is real COUNTRYSIDE. Animals are part of the community of the village, especially cats, which are free to go around in the neighbourhood. It is not rare to see them lying in the sun or hunting lizards in front of the house. Bear this in mind if you have allergies, do not live in the house but are used to be welcome and fed by the neighbours. Sometimes they squeeze in uninvited....
