Positive: We spent seven nights at Pra Palmer. Our experience was exceptional. The owner, Alexander, was available, friendly and very courteous, Nataliya, at the front desk, was extremely helpful with any and all information we needed on where to eat, how to get to numerous activities and sightseeing areas. In all the years we have traveled, we have never experienced such a warm, friendly and kind person dedicated to help us have the best experience possible. Finally, and just as important to us, our breakfast was excellent. Sandy greeted us each morning with a smile and genuine kindness. Every morning, we looked forward to seeing her and welcomed her interest in making sure we had a wonderful trip. We could not have picked a better place to stay. If you are looking for a wonderful experience with a great location and onsite parking this is the place to stay.
