Located at Tergu (a few minutes from Castelsardo) in a quiet location close to all amenities, the Le Farfalle Residence offers you the best of a holiday in Sardinia: newly built apartments with swimming pool (with a view that alone is worth a holiday) countless breathtaking beaches just a few kilometres away, for a varied holiday, nature excursions, on foot, by bicycle or on horseback, on the fascinating trail of Sardinian tradition.
All services are within walking distance of the centre of Tergu and all amenities – including the new port of Castelsardo (departure point for wonderful excursions by sea), typical restaurants and nightlife – are less than 10 minutes by car.
Late check-in available on request from 7pm to 11pm.
The swimming pool will be open from 06/08/2024 to 09/17/2024, from 09.30 to 12.30 and from 15.30 to 19.30.
For the security deposit, the amount must be paid EXCLUSIVELY IN CASH.
Cot linen is already included in the rate.
Bed linen and towels: Included with change every 7 days (free).
Private parking (Included): Unattended.
The final cleaning of the apartment is included, but the kitchenette must be left clean upon departure. Otherwise an amount of €25 will be charged.

The three-room apartments can be on the ground floor or first floor. The assignment of one or the other type is not guaranteed but, compatibly with availability and with arrivals and departures, we will try to take into account any reports.
All the apartments are located inside the Residence which can be accessed via a gate. All 24 overlook the pool.
