The first floor consists of a single space: the living area, with a kitchenette with sink and gas stove and a wood stove, to prepare lunches and dinners as at home, and a table for 4; next to it, the sleeping area reminiscent of that of refuge, with two wooden bunk beds side by side, so as to create two double beds. There is also a crib for the little ones. A closet provides storage for the wardrobe for the whole group.
On the ground floor, to the external staircase, is the bathroom with shower, inside the woodshed room.
In the garden, there is a beautiful table with wooden benches to have a meal in the open air, a barbecue at your disposal, all this enjoying the clear air and the green meadows of this magical valley.
ATTENTION: The apartment has no heating system, only a wood stove!
Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The village of Palagnedra lies on a large terrace located at 660 meters. The core is located above the railway station, about 1 hour's walk away, of the famous Vigezzina-Centovalli railway that crosses 83 legendary and scenic bridges and viaducts.
Palagnedra is home to one of the most interesting spots in the area: the reservoir and power plant dam. Along the road that connects the center of the village to the lake, you can admire iron sculptures by artist Alain Garnier.
