The apartment is located in a residential area of Marina di Ragusa, about 300 meters from the beach and the centre. The apartment has a large veranda equipped with table and chairs, where you can relax in complete serenity and enjoy meals in the shade. It also has a spacious and bright living room kitchen, equipped with a 32'' LED TV and sofa with large windows. The view of the sea and the city makes the apartment one of a kind. The kitchenette is complete with gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom, living room/kitchen and sofa bed in the living room + bathroom with shower cubicle. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hot/cold air conditioning in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms.
