The two apartments of the villa share the yard with a jacuzzi / spa, but have independent access. Each has a living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making the villa capable of comfortably accommodating a total of 8 people and especially suitable to receive families or friends who wish to share a vacation while enjoying some independence. The apartments have a dual air-conditioning / heating system with individual room controls. In order to avoid being surprised by this, please note that the second apartment is below ground level to conform with local rules on building elevation, and its windows open onto large trench openings to the outside.
