In this holiday home you can wake up in the morning with a gaze that is lost in the blue of the Salento sea (to admire all the shades of the crystalline water, from blue to intense blue), breathing the saline air, which, fresh and healthy, salt from the Mediterranean. This wonderful view can be appreciated mainly from the large equipped covered veranda (table, chairs), located in front of the living room, but also from the brick courtyard on the ground floor. The holiday home is therefore spread over two floors and features bright and spacious rooms. On the first floor, past the entrance, we find a large kitchen / dining room which, through the large French window, enjoys an enchanting view of the coast (adjacent to and level with the panoramic terrace). The sleeping area on the first floor, tastefully furnished, has three bedrooms: two double rooms (one also has a cot) and one with 2 single beds. There is one of the 2 bathrooms, complete with shower. All rooms have mosquito nets, ceiling fan and wardrobe. The double room also gives access to a small balcony. On the ground floor, in the rumpus room, embellished by the presence of a fireplace, we find a large double bedroom, the second bathroom, also with shower and toilet and the laundry area with washing machine (this part does not appear in the photo, as we are carrying out some improvement works). The construction is completed by the presence of a comfortable brick courtyard, with the front part having parking spaces and a covered area with table and chairs. The sunny house is perfectly disengaged, in fact it has two entrances that make the floors independent: an external staircase to access the upper part and a level access, front, for the ground floor area. Furthermore, the two levels are connected by an internal staircase. This composition makes it suitable for all types of residents (families, couples and groups of friends up to a maximum of 10 guests). Enchanting dawn, with the sun rising frontally from the sea.
