Positive: Location was good.

Negative: We were provided a cummersa house and not a trulli as requested for my 60th birthday treat. There had obviously been a change made to our booking as we went to the address provided by Booking com to be told by the girl meeting us that we were in the wrong spot. The house provided was in a completely different part of town.. When we questioned why we didn't have a trulli as requested, we were told to make a complaint to the manager. We sent the manager a message regarding the change and as yet we have had no reply or acknowledgement. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend this property at all.
