Positive: it was room for 5 people and had hot water all the time. the area is nice.

Negative: the only windows in the house are in the living room, and it was a door directly to the road. in order to ventilate we had to keep the door open and still no fresh air reached the bedroom. It smelled stuffy and humid. the only source of heating in the whole house was a small portable fan. After our stay,the lady asked us for extra money for some tourist tax even through it wasn't mentiond on booking and she didn't answer when we asked about heating.
