Located in a newly built residential area close to Pevero Golf, Villa Anzelu 7 is a six bedroom villa with private pool suited for 10 people. The area offers many activities and lovely beaches alongside the Costa Esmeralda. The villa is part of a complex of exclusive villas with easy access to the beach (2.5 km).
The villa (230 sq.m) develops over three levels and offers a bright living area with sofas, tv, dining area with table and chairs, separate kitchen and a guest bathroom with toilet and sink.
The sleeping area consists of four double bedrooms and two bedrooms with two single beds each, Four of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower and there are two additional bathrooms with shower. Two bedrooms are on the garden/ground level, one is located in the annex and one bedroom is at the pool level. Two bedrooms are located on the last floor with a large furnished terrace.
Outside, we have a large private swimming pool (8x4m; 1.2 – 1.8m deep) with sun loungers, a large covered patio with access directly from the living room equipped with comfortable garden furniture and table and chairs that are also access directly via the internal dining area. From the veranda, you can enjoy the beautiful sea views.
