Villa Corbara is an ancient Umbrian farmhouse dating back to 1800 and recently renovated, located in front of Lake Corbara within the Tiber river natural park.
Surrounded by a private garden with lawn and alfresco dining area, the villa boasts a beautiful swimming pool (6,50 x 4,50 m), equipped with deck chairs and outdoor shower.
At guests' disposal there is also a parking area and a stone barbecue, ideal to prepare tasty grills with friends.
Internal Description
Villa Corbara is made up of 3 different apartments, each with its own independent entrance. The entire property can accommodate up to 12 people, has 3 bedrooms, 3 double sofa beds and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor of the villa there is a room with an extendable dining table and large fireplace, ideal for spending special moments of relaxation. Pets are allowed.
First apartment: This apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa and consists of: a triple room (1 double bed + 1 single bed); a living area with double sofa bed, fireplace, tv and dining table; a separate kitchenette; a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with air heating and a private veranda, equipped with a dining table.
Second apartment: The second apartment is set on the first floor of the villa and faces the lake. Inside there is a living area with: double sofa bed, tv, dining table for 6 people, kitchenette with dishwasher.
Following is a bathroom with shower and a triple bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed) which boasts a beautiful view of the lake.
Third apartment: The last apartment is situated on the first floor of the villa. Here you will find: a living area with kitchenette, dining table for 6 people, double sofa bed and tv. Then there is a bathroom with shower and a triple bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed).
Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Final cleaning; utilities (water, gas, electricity); house, garden and pool maintenance.
Excluded from the price: Other extra services on request. Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 400,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
