Positive: It’s located close by sea

Negative: Upon arrival, in the evening (which was advised), we had to go to the office, and then get to the apartment on our own. When we got there, there was a specific smell of the chemicals used to clean the apartments. My sister had an allergic reaction, and it was impossible to breathe normally there. The next day, when I went to the office, I explained the situation. They told me that they would send someone to check, but no one was ever sent, and we were already washing ourselves so that we could at least get some rest after a difficult flight.
