Villa Elisa is a modern house with 4 bedrooms all bed rooms have air conditioning and a private swimming pool, surrounded by olive trees and with lovely sea views. Unique and absolutely amazing location! is a five minute walk to the medieval village of Civezza and at 4 km from the cost and beach.
You can enjoy the sea views from all rooms, terraces and from the swimming pool area. The setting ensures maxim privacy and tranquility.
The villa is over two floors.
on the first floor there is the designer large kitchen diner room with the adjacent sitting area with fireplace plus a bathroom and a studio with desk the kitchen and the studio open to a large covered terrace where you can eat To the side of the house (under a large pine tree) is another terrace with dining table and barbecue. The rest of the garden on this floor consists of grass and olive trees.
The ground floor is reached both via an internal staircase and from the outside. Here are 4 bedrooms the large master bedrooms with double bed has a walk-in shower and a separate toilet Furthermore there are two double rooms with double beds one with 2 single beds that can be made on a double bed a double bed.
The second large bathroom with walk shower and tub. All bedrooms have patio doors to the garden giving access to the garden and pool.In this floor you will find a utility room .
The garden is fenced all around except for the footpath leading to the parking area. The olive yard is about 7000 sqm (access by small stairs) You can find fruit trees and herbs (fig trees, rosemary, sage) that you pick if you like
The walk to the village is only 10 minutes and here you will find all you immediate needs in the two shops plus 2 restaurants and Bar.

If you have come to 'simply relax' then you need to go no further than this charming village which offers two shops selling everyday needs and locally grown produce including the famous Taggiasca olive oil and wine. There is a superb restaurant /pizzeria 'Le 5 Torre' serving very good pasta dishes plus a full a'la carte menu. There is also a take-away pizza service here. Here there are several beachside restaurants, children's playground, Ice cream parlour, Banks etc. Most of the local beaches 90% are sandy & public one you can easily find free parking space. Of course slightly furthers afield you have the bright lights of San Remo, Genova Monaco and Nice all within easy distance for a good day out.
