The property is the promontory on the sea that separates the two beautiful beaches of Cala Sinzias and Monte Turnu, which can be accessed directly from the property. The park is covered with fragrant Mediterranean vegetation and is planted with olive trees, almond trees, pines and euphorbia. It is crossed by spectacular paths that connect panoramic terraces overlooking the sea.
The park is a superb example of Mediterranean landscape. Inside the villa, surrounded by 600 square meters of lawn, born as a military sighting place for the exceptional view towards the beach. Once completely isolated, now the property is part of a territory rich in services and tourist facilities, but the large park surrounding the villa guarantees the sense of tranquility and isolation that has always characterized this beautiful place. Almost 2 km of internal paths connect panoramic terraces and equipped areas with sea views, where you can enjoy the true "sense of the holiday".
The villa has, in its immediate surroundings, a large porch with outdoor living room and views of the beach; of a second court equipped for meals adjacent to the kitchen; of areas for relaxation under the centuries-old olive trees; a large BBQ area and a cabin equipped for outdoor showers. The sleeping area is distributed between the first and second level and consists of three bedrooms, a fourth bedroom-living room and two bathrooms with walk-in showers and bathtubs. Two large walk-in closets serve the ground floor rooms. The large master bedroom with bathroom, on the upper level, is also directly accessible from the garden and has a large panoramic terrace on the beach of Cala Sinzias and a walk-in closet. It is a very private room and this allows full autonomy with respect to the ground floor.
In the basement there is a cellar with a second fridge.
The villa has thick stone walls that keep it sufficiently fresh even in summer. The master bedroom is air-conditioned while the other rooms have ceiling or wall fans. For other seasons, the house is heated by a fireplace, a wood-burning stove and various electric heaters. It is an extremely enjoyable home in all seasons.
All the open spaces of the property and of the villa will be accessible to guests, with the exception of a portion of about 2. 500 square meters of the park (on the 27. 000 square meters) that can occasionally be used for private use also in the presence of guests and , in this case, not be usable. The area for private use has no direct interference with the house and is not visible from this.
