The ground floor hosts a bright open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open directly onto the terrace and garden. A refined dining area comfortably seats up to 18 guests, while the stylish lounge features a 52” satellite Smart TV and a designer electric fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the year. Here, we find three bedrooms:

• Queen bedroom (160 cm) with en-suite bathroom with large shower and sea-view balcony;
• Queen bedroom (160 cm) with en-suite bathroom with large shower and sea-view balcony.
SECOND FLOOR
Here, we have three more bedrooms:
