Villa Zenobia is an elegant two-story villa surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Zenobia you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery and of the hills. You will be roughly 15 km (9.3 miles) from Orvieto, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a grocery store at 3.5 km (roughly 2.2 miles). You will reach Villa Zenobia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding vineyards and of the hills. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.

The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by elegant retractable awnings and by a characteristic porch. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.
