Summary:
This is a 3 bedroom, family friendly Umbria villa with pool set in the beautiful Umbrian countryside and enjoying a wonderful private and fully fenced swimming pool (10 x 5 metres). Close to the nearby town of Fabro, it's an ideal location for your next holiday in Italy and is well placed for exploring not just Umbria but also neighbouring Tuscany.
The Space:
An external stone staircase takes guests directly to the first (and only) floor of this Umbria villa with pool.
Guests immediately enter into a large open plan living and dining room. There is also a second living room, equipped with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a large fireplace. To the left of the entrance there is a well equipped kitchen.
There are three bedrooms in this Umbria villa with pool. The first bedroom can be arranged as either a twin or double room and has en suite bathroom with bath tub and shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with both bath tub and shower.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by spacious gardens, in part cultivated with lawns. The outside space measures approximately 1500 square metres. Within the grounds there is a private swimming pool measuring 5 x 10 metres. The pool depth varies from 1.2 to 1.4 metres. It is surrounded by lawns, plants, sun umbrellas and loungers, perfect for relaxing days in the sunshine. The pool is fully fenced, making it ideal for those with young children. There is also an outdoor shower.
Please note that prices exclude electricity which is charged locally on departure according to consumption using up to date market prices.
Pets are welcome at this Umbria villa with pool but are charged at 30 euros per animal per week to allow for extra cleaning. If guests require additional services during their stay, these can be provided. Cleaning is provided at a rate of 12 euros per hour and extra sets of linen at 12 euros per person. A 500 euro security deposit is payable in cash on arrival.
Guest Access:
Guests have the sole use of the entire property. Bikes are available for guests use. There is also a laundry room in the property.
The Neighborhood:
The villa is within walking distance of Fabro, a medieval Italian town which has a range of cafes and restaurants.
