To ensure a smooth and stress free arrival, we kindly ask you to read and follow these instructions before your arrival. Access to the property Entry to the property is through a gate. Once inside, the apartment is located on the first floor. Detailed instructions will be provided to you prior to your arrival. Identification documents As required by current regulations, before entering the property, you must send us a photo (front and back) of the identity documents for all guests. We kindly ask you to leave used towels in the bathroom and the bed linens on the bed before departure, as a sign of cooperation. Before check out, please separate and dispose of your waste according to the instructions provided in the house manual. Please turn off all electronic devices (TV, air conditioning, etc.) before leaving the apartment, and make sure to lock all doors, windows, and balconies. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, but smoking is permitted outside. Finally, before departure, we ask you to coordinate the check out time with the owner for the return of the keys.
