This authentic house from the 18th century is located in the rolling hills of Monferrato. It has a private swimming pool (open from June 15th to September 15th) and it is very suitable for sun holidays with family and friends. The owner lives in the other half of the house. The region is rich in flora and fauna and is ideal for hiking. It also has an impressive (art) history and great gastronomy (Alba truffles and Barolo).
