This allowed the architect to create a section with 2 bedrooms (one double and one single) and 2 bathrooms (one with shower cabin and one half bathroom). All windows overlook the Venetian rooftops, bringing in a lot of natural light. The living area presents a kitchen that opens onto the living room and a dining table that can seat 4; there is also a high counter to enjoy breakfasts or aperitifs on comfortable high stools. The 42” screen TV can be viewed from two wide comfortable sofas. The apartment has heated floors that can be regulated via remote thanks to a home automation system.
