Summary: Not only was the unit exceptional, the owners service was above our expectations as well. While the unit was in a structure hundreds of years old, the updating to the interior was done very well and was very up to date.

Summary: Much nicer than anticipated!! Highly recommend. Central location. I had room Pinicula (sp) on 2nd floor (up stairs — no elevator but receptionist helped carry my stuff. Little kitchenette with table & chairs, 2 gas burners, frig, dishes, coffee/tea. 1 bottle water provided. Bed firm comfy. Balcony patio off the bathroom with table & chairs, umbrella. The breakfast was basic: coffee or tea, yogurt in container, banana, cereal, pastry.

Summary: The host of this property was very kind accommodating and helpful with our stay in Orvieto. The room was up a flight of stairs and was a nice apartment. It was very clean and close by to the walking areas of the town. It was slightly difficult to find at first however they were able to communicate with us on WhatsApp and help us find their property as well as bring us to a parking spot. The garage was a little way away from the property, but it was easy for us to access and have a safe spot for our car. Orvieto is a beautiful town, and our host was amazing with helping us out and very kind. Overall, a good experience.

Summary: This is an incredible place to stay that provides extraordinary comfortable experience. Traditional building remodeled for a cozy gorgeous apartment equipped with everything. No view is expected, but I would say this is a nice cave hotel with considerable part of the interior remains rock and brick surface, that makes the room very comfortable. Service is also excellent, reception function and breakfast is provided by the next door wine bar (enoteca). At the center of the attractive old town of Orvieto everything is in a walking distance. WhatsApp was the best communication that may be difficult for foreign/old travellers.
