1400 square foot (130 square metre) semi-detached house. Furnished to very high standard. Located in centre of Zell am See within walking distance of ski lifts, restaurants and shopping. Off street parking for two cars. Probably the best house available to rent in Zell. Glacier skiing at Kaprun 5kms away is accessible all year round.
SECURITY DEPOSIT. A security deposit of €500 is payable to the owner 3 weeks prior to arrival. If less than 3 weeks to your arrival date, it is payable immediately after booking. Payment will generally be made by bank transfer or other method convenient to both the guest and the owner. Assuming everything is OK, the deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days of departure.
About the owner: My wife and I and our two children live in Ireland. Having been to Zell a number of times in Winter, we decided to stay for a 3 week summer holiday (in this house) and fell in love with the place. We bought a new apartment in Zell in 2007 and have recently bought this house. Both are unusual in that they are spacious 3 bed properties right in the centre of Zell. Both are treated as our home away from home. We stay in our house or apartment at different times of the year.
Whether you are looking for a quiet holiday or some vigorous hill walking or activities on the lake, or simply want guaranteed access to year round skiing (with the Kaprun glacier only 5kms away), Zell should be able to meet your needs. From numerous restaurants to luxury hotels, Zell is what you make of it. An old town (they call it a city) with lots of charm and plenty of ways to spend your money whether your budget is large or small.
